More than I would have paid for HanRam....but trade approved. Hey, I don't remember anyone asking your opinion! ;D lol j/k I agree with you. Under normal circumstances I never would've given up so much, even for Hanley Ramirez. I believe my circumstances are unique in this league, though. Without trying to sound arrogant, I do have one of the better teams in the league and I had an overflow of talent that I could afford to lose without significantly weakening my team. My pitching is definitely not as strong as it was with the loss of Hernandez and Greinke and Nick Markakis is an outstanding hitter in his own right. However, I asked myself how many opportunities do you get to acquire Hanley Ramirez in a dynasty league? The answer, almost none. Markakis is awesome, but I'm obviously hoping Justin Upton can replace him in a year or two (in the meantime, please stay healthy Soriano). King Felix and Greinke have amazing potential, but in my opinion I still have a top six staff in our league and if my offense does what I think it should do that will be plenty good enough. I know no one asked for me to explain it, but if you guys are surprised by my lengthy reponse at this point you just don't know me very well!
