This may be stretch but what if we got rid of the minor league draft and minor leaguers kept from each team in general? If we did that maybe more people would come back or at least be active. Some people may not want to deal with minor leaguers in general. When the season starts, I'll be updated my team everyday and you can count on that. I could never let myself be a dead team.

We have gone several weeks with a couple of issues on the table (Yankees proposal for franchise players, order of minor league draft) that have not received a response from the LM. 3-4 days ago, a couple of owners questioned what the LM was doing about the "dead" teams in this league. The CO-LM said he emailed the LM.
We now have another team proposing some major changes to the rules.
We have yet to hear from the LM other than through the CO-LM that he has had a busy schedule.
I have gone from being frustrated to angry to now having legitimate concern for the health and well being of the LM. If the LM has some personal or health issues right now, I feel bad for him and hope everything works out in his favor. Either way, if he is in over his head right now, he needs to let the league know and step aside and let someone else run this league because it is obvious that for whatever reason, he can't handle it.
As I said before, I only like to join one league per year. However, as far as I am concerned, this is a dead league so I will treat it as such. I joined a different league over the weekend and will treat that as my primary league. Don't get me wrong, I will check in on this league from time to time and keep my roster and lineup up to date, but I am not going to give it any more time than the LM has, heck I've spent more time writing this post right now than the LM has in the last couple of weeks.
Fantasy sports are a great and fun hobby. I don't join them to become frustrated and irritated. This league is just that, frustrating and irritating.
Again, if you have some personal or health issues, I really hope that they come out for the best as I am generally concerned that is probably the case right now.

You've all seen my rant on this, so I will just add this:
I would have to assume at this point, we will not be doing and rule changes, but since things are so "up in the air", we can't really go further.
I mean when is the MiLB draft, and even more importantly, when can we start dropping players and adding FA's?
I would like to have a set roster by the 25th, but I fear that isn't going to happen.
I am probably at the other end of the fantasy spectrum from the Braves owner as I have several teams (including 2 leagues I LM), so this league is quickly dropping off of my radar. And even though I abhor dead teams, mine may become rather inactive as well as I concern myself with more active leagues.

I'm sorry guys, I'm doing what I can to reach him. I understand your frustration and I feel it too. We're quickly approaching opening day and I'd like to get things finished in here before then. When we do hear from him, we're probably going to have to take a head count to see who's still here. As soon as I hear, you'll hear - if he hasn't done it via post in here.
